SYNOPSIS

For more than 20 years, Rui Simões and Vítor Silva Tavares were neighbors on Rua da Emenda, basement to basement, barely speaking. One day, under the pretext of a film he was dedicating to Bairro Alto, the Director decides to talk to his illustrious neighbor, the renowned Editor of &ETC.
