SYNOPSIS
We follow the voices of Bairro Alto, through streets empty by day and the excitement of the nights. We observe the old-style houses and step inside the bars. We find stencils and graffiti on the walls. Between the past, the present, and the future, we record the life of a neighborhood and trace a sketch of those who inhabit it.
